Terms of our Money Back Guarantee:

Simply cancel your service with a SonicPCS associate. If purchased through Telesales, You’ll receive an RMA# and detailed instructions on shipping any SonicPCS issued equipment back to us. The equipment must be in its original packing material, and must be in its original undamaged condition. Please be sure to meet all of these requirements, otherwise we will be unable to process your refund.

To use the guarantee you must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account. You must not exceed 250 minutes of in-plan usage in the first 30 days of service. You must not have previously exercised the SonicPCS 30-day money back guarantee and obtained a refund from SonicPCS as a result of any other SonicPCS account. If you Ported a number into SonicPCS, you must request a LNP Port-Out within your first 15 days of service, Failure to start Porting request within this time will result in 1 months service billing. You will be responsible for additional charges such as out of plan calls, pay phone calls to SonicPCS Toll Free numbers, and directory assistance. Or SonicPCS handset downloads.

All returned equipment must be in the original packaging.
All components must be included.

When we receive the equipment, and the conditions above have been met, you will receive a full refund of the equipment and first month’s monthly charge.

You are responsible for return shipping of any SonicPCS issued equipment/device. You can contact us at 877-SONIC-30 to cancel your service and obtain an RMA #. Equipment returned without a valid return authorization number will not be eligible for the Money Back Guarantee

Return Policy Summary:

*       To cancel, you must not exceed 250 minutes of in-plan usage in the first 30 days of service.

*       You must return SonicPCS equipment within 5 days of your cancellation.
